Steve Clarke shared a tense exchange with a journalist after Scotland lost 5-1 to Germany in a friendly match at the Borussia-Park in Monchengladbach on Monday.

Clarke was visibly frustrated as he answered questions about his team's performance, which saw them concede five goals in the second half.

When asked if he was worried about the team's defense, Clarke replied: "I'm not going to talk about that now. We'll analyze the game and see what we need to do better."

The journalist then asked Clarke if he was under pressure to win his next game, a friendly against England on Tuesday.

Clarke snapped back: "I'm not under pressure. I'm just trying to do my job."

The exchange ended with Clarke walking away from the journalist.

Scotland's defeat to Germany was their first since Clarke took over as manager in June 2019.

The team will now face England at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday in a match that will mark the 150th anniversary of the first international football match.
